Thankful Thursday

Good Morning! I hope all have had a wonderful week! It started out raining here, but now it is sunny and beautiful! I love nature and outdoors! I'm thankful for seasons today. We have Summer,Fall,Winter, and Spring. Isn't it amazing what happens in each one? In the Summer then sun warms us and we can enjoy hot summer nights. In the Fall the leaves begin to change to beautiful shades of red, orange, and yellow. We also enjoy cool nights and just gorgeous days. In the Winter cities and countrysides are blanketed with snow and we celebrate our Lord's birth. In the Spring we see everything bloom and blossom again making for beautiful pictures. We also celebrate our Lord's coming back from the dead. With each important things happen and each have a purpose. I favor Fall and Winter over the other two. It is just amazing how God can do all this with the nature and take care of all of us too. He is just amazing! Take a look around next time you are out and see the neat and intricate details our His creation.

What are you thankful for? Join us for Thankful Thursday. This month Iris @ Grace Alone is our host. She has beautiful insights for us,so don't forget to check out her post.

I wanted to mention I worked on my other blog that many may saw called Issues of Concern. It is now From My Heart and I will write about things from my heart and also copy/paste new articles or email alerts from the Christian radio station I listen too. So add it to your blog roll and follow me there!

  1. We have so many things going on in our life that sometimes we forget to just look at the world around us. God is at work here too. The heat is now bearable and the promise of fall is in the air. How sweet He is to us! Have a blessed day!

  5. Heather, when I sit and look at all the seasons, I am reminded of just how masterful our creator is as a artist. I love all the seasons when they change, but by far, my favorite is Fall. I get so excited to see all the colors in the trees.

    Hugs,
    Cindy

  7. I appreciate all of the seasons, but (like you) some more than others. I like summer vegetables, but I appreciate air conditioning, too. :)
