- We got a lot of rain this week and it has cooled the temps some here. I am SO ready for Fall!
- My parents came by to see us yesterday. The boys had so much fun with them.
- Getting up early enough to watch some news and get in the Word. I love having my quiet time!
- Hearing my boys say their memory verses is so awesome!! We have learned 7 so far.
- Being able to do some neat editing with my pictures o the picnik.com website.

I enjoyed reading your faves....i especially like my quiet times too...I love it in the early weekend mornings when i'm not rushing off to work, to sit with my coffee and journal/Bible and just listen to that still small Voice! have a happy weekend
ReplyDeleteI love my quiet time, too! I know as a young mom that it is valuable to you as well.
ReplyDeleteGood deal on getting your kids to memorize scripture. It's so vital that we all do that.
I've been wanting to try to edit photos, too. I'm going to try picnik.com one of these days.
Hi Heather, Sounds like a great week. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI never heard of picnic.com before. I need help in the photo area so I will be checking out this resource as well.
ReplyDeleteMy attitude and actions are influenced by how I start my day. When it starts with the Word I am more likely to be patient, productive, and kind. I like that "me."
It's awesome that you are working on Scripture memory with your children. It will serve them well all their life.
I love my quiet time, too - but for me it's of much better quality at night. I'm awful in the mornings, so I have the boys do morning devotions with me.
ReplyDeleteSeven verses.. Wonderful!
